The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction designed to resist oil and heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt utilizes Gates curves which provide proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, ensuring uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. It incorporates flex-bonded cords that are strongly bonded to the body of the belt for equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without deterioration. The patented Flex-Weave cover offers extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat, contributing to a longer cover life. This product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity and oil and heat resistance.
