The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction that resists oil, heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt incorporates Gates curves, which provide proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, ensuring uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. With flex-bonded cords that are strongly bonded to the belt body, the design allows for equal load distribution and absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the patented Flex-Weave cover offers extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat, resulting in longer cover life.
