The Hi-Power II Classical Section Wrapped V-Belt features a composite, multi-purpose construction that resists oil and heat, ozone, sunlight, weather, and aging, making it suitable for all industrial applications, including V-flat drives. The belt includes Gates curves designed to provide proper cord support and full contact with the sheave-groove, ensuring uniform loading, uniform wear, and increased belt life. Flex-bonded cords are strongly bonded to the body of the belt, resulting in equal load distribution and the absorption of bending stress without cord deterioration. Additionally, the Flex-Weave cover is a patented fabric construction that enhances cover life and offers extended protection to the belt core from oil, dirt, and heat. The product meets or exceeds RMA standards for static conductivity and oil and heat resistance. It is applicable for use with Gleaner, N5, and Allis-Chalmers 6-cyl. 426 diesel tailings return.
