The Makita® reciprocating saw features a variable speed design with a unique clutch assembly that helps protect the gears in the event of blade binding. It offers a 4-position orbital and straight cutting action, along with a variable speed dial that allows for the presetting of the maximum speed. The saw is powered by a robust 15 AMP motor equipped with electronic speed control that maintains constant speed under load. It also boasts a long 1-1/4" stroke for faster cutting and includes tool-less blade change and shoe adjustment for added convenience. The kit comes with one blade (723054-A, 723066-A) and a metal tool case (154609-1).
