The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements that have a 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep cross section running the full length and width of the base. Each corner is reinforced with an 11 gauge welded steel gusset to enhance strength and rigidity. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet, and each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. This kit includes the cabinet base only, while shelving and drawers are sold separately.
