The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a cross section of 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep and extend the full length and width of the base. It is further enhanced by welded steel 11 gauge gussets at each corner to ensure added strength and rigidity. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately from shelving and drawers.
