The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements with a cross section measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that spans the entire length and width of the base. Each corner is fortified with a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing the strength and rigidity of the structure. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit is equipped with four upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately from shelving and drawers.
