The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel and features 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a cross section measuring 4" wide by 3-1/2" deep, running the full length and width of the base. Each corner of the base is strengthened by a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing its rigidity and durability. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit includes (4) upright posts equipped with dual durometer PVC closing strips. It is important to note that the package includes the cabinet base only, while shelving and drawers are sold separately.
