The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel with U-channel reinforcements, featuring a cross section of 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that extends the full length and width of the base. Each corner is reinforced with a welded 11 gauge gusset for added strength and rigidity. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet, and each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. This kit includes the cabinet base only, with shelving and drawers sold separately.
