The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring U-channel reinforcements made of the same material, which have a cross section measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that extends across the entire length and width of the base. Each corner is fortified with a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing the base's strength and rigidity. Additionally, the base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. The EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts, complemented by dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately from shelving and drawers.
