The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements with a cross section of 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that runs the full length and width of the base. Each corner is reinforced with a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, which adds strength and rigidity to the overall structure. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. The EZ2® unit includes (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the kit includes the cabinet base only, while shelving and drawers are sold separately.
