The EZ2® base is constructed from 13-gauge steel and reinforced with 13-gauge steel U-channel reinforcements, featuring a 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep cross section that spans the entire length and width of the base. To enhance strength and rigidity, each corner is fortified with a welded steel 11-gauge gusset. The base mechanism enables 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet, while the unit is equipped with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. This kit includes the cabinet base only; shelving and drawers are sold separately.
