The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, with these channels measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep running the full length and width of the base. Each corner is fortified with welded steel 11 gauge gussets, enhancing strength and rigidity. The base incorporates a mechanism that ensures 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Additionally, each EZ2® unit is supported by (4) upright posts equipped with dual durometer PVC closing strips. It is important to note that the cabinet base is sold separately, while shelving and drawers are also available.
