The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep cross section that extends the full length and width of the base. To enhance strength and rigidity, each corner is reinforced with a welded steel 11 gauge gusset. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts and dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that this description pertains only to the cabinet base, with shelving and drawers sold separately.
