The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel and features 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep cross section running the full length and width of the base. Its corners are strengthened with welded steel 11 gauge gussets to enhance rigidity. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Each EZ2® unit includes (4) upright posts equipped with dual durometer PVC closing strips. Note that this package contains the base only; shelving and drawers are sold separately.
