The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements, which have a cross section of 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep, extending the full length and width of the base. Each corner is supported by welded steel 11 gauge gussets that enhance the strength and rigidity of the structure. The design incorporates a base mechanism that allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. Additionally, each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts that include dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately, with shelving and drawers available for purchase independently.
