The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel, featuring 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements with a cross section measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that run the full length and width of the base. To enhance strength and rigidity, each corner is supported by a welded steel 11 gauge gusset. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet, and each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts along with dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately; shelving and drawers are not included.
