The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel and features 13 gauge steel formed U-channel reinforcements. These reinforcements have a cross section measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep and extend the full length and width of the base. Each corner is further strengthened by a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing the overall rigidity of the structure. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet, and each EZ2® unit is equipped with (4) upright posts complemented by dual durometer PVC closing strips. Please note that the cabinet base is sold separately, with shelving and drawers available for purchase as additional items.
