The EZ2® base is constructed from 13 gauge steel featuring U-channel reinforcements, with channels measuring 4" wide x 3-1/2" deep that cover the full length and width of the base. Each corner is supported by a welded steel 11 gauge gusset, enhancing the overall strength and rigidity. The base mechanism allows for 90° indexing of the rotary file cabinet. This unit includes (4) upright posts alongside dual durometer PVC closing strips, and it is important to note that the cabinet base is sold separately; shelving and drawers must be purchased independently.
