The 135° P3 split point is self-centering, which reduces thrust and facilitates easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not utilize the split point design. The metric sizes adhere to DIN 338 overall length (OAL) and flute length specifications. Additionally, the TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) coating enhances performance by combining high-temperature capabilities with increased hardness to extend tool life. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Each pack contains 6 drill bits and is made in the USA. The product comes with a 30-day warranty.
