It is manufactured from premium cobalt high-speed steel, which enhances hot hardness and extends drill wear life. The 135° P3 split point design ensures self-centering for reduced thrust and easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. Metric sizes comply with DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. The drills are coated with TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride), which provides resistance to high temperatures and increases hardness to extend tool life. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. The product is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12, accompanied by a 30-day warranty.
