This heavy-duty drill bit kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile, and work-hardened materials under extreme operating conditions. The bits are manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, which enhances hot hardness and extends drill wear life. Featuring a 135° P3 split point, these bits are self-centering, allowing for reduced thrust and easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. The metric sizes comply with DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. A straw finish provides added lubricity and facilitates easy identification of cobalt drills, making them ideal for drilling in materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. The kit includes a pack of 12 drill bits and is made in the USA. It comes with a 30-day warranty.
