It features a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, which reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration; however, sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. Additionally, the black oxide surface finish enhances wear resistance and adds lubricity, thereby improving chip flow. This kit is suitable for drilling in various materials, including stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. It is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12, with a warranty period of 30 days.
