The Heavy-duty construction kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile and work-hardened materials under extreme operating conditions. It is manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, which increases hot hardness and extends drill wear life. Features include a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, reducing thrust and allowing for easier penetration, while sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. The metric sizes are produced to DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. A straw finish adds lubricity and facilitates easy identification of cobalt drills. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. It is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12, accompanied by a 30-day warranty.
