Each drill is manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, which increases hot hardness and extends drill wear life. The 135° P3 split point is self-centering, resulting in reduced thrust and easier penetration, while sizes smaller than .0625" do not feature a split point. The metric sizes are produced to DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. Additionally, the straw finish adds lubricity and allows for easy identification of cobalt drills. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. The package includes a total of 12 drills and is made in the USA, with a 30-day warranty provided.
