The heavy-duty construction of this drill kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile, and work-hardening materials under extreme operating conditions. Manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel, these drills enhance hot hardness and extend wear life. The 135° P3 split point is self-centering, which reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not feature a split point. The metric sizes comply with DIN 338 specifications for overall length (OAL) and flute length. A straw finish provides lubricity and makes it easy to identify the cobalt drills. This kit is ideal for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. It includes a pack of 12 drills and is made in the USA, with a 30-day warranty.
