It includes a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, allowing for reduced thrust and easier penetration, with the note that sizes smaller than .0625" do not incorporate a split point. The shanks of sizes 3/16" and larger come with three flats for tighter chucking. Additionally, a black and gold oxide surface finish enhances wear resistance and adds lubricity, improving chip flow. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. Made in the USA, it comes in a pack of 12 and is backed by a 30-day warranty.
