It is manufactured from premium high-speed steel and features a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, which reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration; however, sizes smaller than .0625" do not have this split point. The tools are coated with TiN (titanium nitride), which adds lubricity and hardness, enhancing chip flow, finish hole quality, and overall drill life. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and cast iron, and is made in the USA. It comes in a pack of 12 and includes a 30-day warranty.
