This heavy-duty drill kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile, and work-hardening materials under extreme operating conditions. The drills are manufactured from premium cobalt high-speed steel, enhancing hot hardness and extending drill wear life. Featuring a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, the design reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. The metric sizes adhere to DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. A straw finish is applied to improve lubricity and facilitate easy identification of cobalt drills. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. It is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12 with a 30-day warranty.
