This heavy-duty drill kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile and work-hardening materials under extreme operating conditions. Manufactured from premium cobalt high-speed steel, it enhances hot hardness and extends drill wear life. The 135° P3 split point is self-centering, reducing thrust and facilitating easier penetration, although sizes smaller than .0625" do not feature a split point. The metric sizes adhere to DIN 338 overall length (OAL) and flute length specifications. The straw finish not only adds lubricity but also allows for easy identification of cobalt drills. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. It is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12, with a 30-day warranty.
