The bits are manufactured from premium cobalt high-speed steel, which enhances hot hardness and extends the wear life of the drill. Featuring a 135° P3 split point, these bits are self-centering for reduced thrust and easier penetration, though sizes smaller than .0625" do not include the split point. The metric sizes comply with DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. A straw finish provides lubricity and allows for easy identification of cobalt drills. This kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Made in the USA, the package includes a total of 12 bits and comes with a 30-day warranty.
