This heavy-duty drill bit kit is designed for drilling in tough, high-tensile, and work-hardening materials under extreme operating conditions. It is manufactured from premium cobalt high-speed steel, which enhances hot hardness and extends the drill's wear life. The kit features a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, allowing for reduced thrust and easier penetration; however, sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. The metric sizes adhere to DIN 338 OAL and flute length specifications. The straw finish not only adds lubricity but also facilitates the easy identification of cobalt drills. This drill bit kit is suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and titanium. It is proudly made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12, accompanied by a 30-day warranty.
