The kit features heavy-duty construction designed for drilling in tougher materials and is manufactured from premium high-speed steel. It includes a 135° P3 split point that is self-centering, which reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration; however, sizes smaller than .0625" do not have a split point. The tools are coated with TiCN (titanium carbon nitride) to increase cutting surface hardness, making them highly resistant to abrasive wear. They are suitable for drilling in stainless steel, tool steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. Each package contains a pack of 6 tools and is made in the USA. The product is backed by a 30-day warranty.
