The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and similar components, featuring a spindle head band that prevents the wrench from slipping off during operation. Included are standard pulling hooks and automatic self-centering pulling hooks, complemented by a three-arm design ensuring even load distribution and secure holding of parts. The spindle is optimally adjustable with a 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and features a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating. It is critical for the pulling hooks' sliding parts to sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and parts should be removed in a step-by-step process without using electrical or pneumatic tools. Safety precautions include the use of a protective blanket and goggles. The kit has a maximum load capacity of 9.5 tons and dimensions include a space below of 1/2" (12mm), a depth of 200mm, a spread from 23 to 250mm, and a hexagon drive (male) of 24mm. The maximum torque is rated at 200Nm, with space adjacent to the setup measuring 3/4" (17mm).
