The Grade 1 Extra Heavy Duty Contractor Quality® leverset is designed to meet or exceed federal ADA requirements and includes a UL latch bolt standard for every function with a 1/2" throw. It features large 3 1/2" diameter roses suitable for both new and replacement installations, along with a standard 4-7/8" ANSI strike for each lock. This leverset is UL listed and boasts a 3-hour fire rating with a 2-3/4" backset commercial latch. Its construction is extra heavy cylindrical, ensuring long-wearing durability, while the extra heavy duty mounting plates resist attacks. The security mechanism includes a 6 pin tumbler with SC-1 keyway, pinned 5, and mounting studs that prevent chassis rotation due to heavy torque on the outside lever. It accepts LORI, DOM, or Medeco Convert-A-Lock cylinders, and the outside cylinder can be easily removed for simple rekeying. All keyed leversets feature a dead locking latch, and the finish is a dull chrome.
