The Premier Laboratory Dual Temp Combination units are designed with separate microprocessor temperature controllers that allow for precise temperature control, verification, and recovery. These units feature an interior fan-driven, forced-draft air circulation system that ensures excellent temperature uniformity and recovery after door openings, applicable to refrigerator models. All units come standard with digital temperature displays for convenient monitoring. Critical samples and supplies are protected with an extensive package of audible and visual alarms. The freezer units are equipped with either an automatic or manual defrost operating system, with manual defrost models requiring periodic manual defrosting. The units utilize environmentally friendly, natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants, which do not contain hydrofluorocarbons, thereby significantly reducing global-warming potential (GWP) while complying with new EPA/SNAP mandates and UL, ASHRAE guidelines.
