The Premier Pharmacy dual temp combination units are designed with separate microprocessor temperature controllers for precise control, verification, and recovery. They feature an interior fan-driven, forced-draft air circulation system that ensures excellent temperature uniformity and recovery, specifically for the refrigerator models. Each unit is equipped with digital temperature displays for easy monitoring, while critical samples and supplies are protected by a comprehensive package of audible and visual alarms. The freezer units come with either an automatic or manual defrost operating system, with periodic manual defrosting required for manual defrost models. Additionally, a temperature monitor device (TMD) is included, which complies with current CDC guidelines and features a 3-year certification of calibration. The units utilize environmentally friendly, natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants that do not contain hydrofluorocarbons, significantly reducing global-warming potential (GWP) and adhering to new EPA/SNAP mandates, as well as UL and ASHRAE compliance guidelines.
