The Bradley Navigator Thermostatic Mixing Valve is engineered for commercial applications, specifically to deliver tepid water essential for drench shower and eye wash setups. This valve features a fixed cold water bypass and an anti-scald positive shut-off to enhance user safety. Its powerful liquid-filled thermostat ensures a constant outlet temperature and is backed by a 10-year warranty. The valve provides tepid water in accordance with ANSI Z358.1 standards, achieving a flow rate of 54 GPM at 30 PSI. Constructed with a rough brass finish, it consists of a piped assembly only and is compatible with Bradley's full range of combination showers and eye wash units. The incoming connections are 1" NPT, while the outlet measures 1 1/4" NPT. A dial thermometer is included, and the valve has a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI with a minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees Fahrenheit between incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point. It also comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty.
