The Bradley Navigator Thermostatic Mixing Valve is specifically designed for commercial applications to provide tepid water necessary for drench shower and eye wash uses. The valve features a fixed cold water bypass and anti-scald positive shut-off to ensure user safety. It is equipped with a powerful liquid-filled thermostat that guarantees a constant outlet temperature and comes with a 10-year warranty. The valve can deliver tepid water as required by ANSI Z358.1, with a flow rate of 73 GPM at 30 PSI. It is certified to ASSE 1071 and has a rough brass finish. The piped assembly includes inlet and outlet shutoff valves and is compatible with Bradley's full line of combination showers and eye wash products. The incoming connections are 1-1/4" NPT, while the outlet measures 1-1/2" NPT. The design includes a dial thermometer, accommodates a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI, and requires a minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees Fahrenheit between the incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point.
