The Bradley Navigator thermostatic mixing valve is designed for use in commercial applications, specifically to provide tepid water for drench shower and eye wash applications. The valve includes a fixed cold water bypass and an anti-scald positive shut-off to protect users. It is equipped with a powerful liquid-filled thermostat, ensuring a constant outlet temperature and offering a 10-year warranty. The valve meets the tepid water requirements of ANSI Z358.1, providing a flow rate of 54 GPM at 30 PSI. It features a rough brass finish, a piped assembly with inlet and outlet shutoff, and complements Bradley's full line of combination showers and eye wash products. The incoming connections are 1" NPT, while the outlet is 1 1/4" NPT. Additionally, it includes a dial thermometer and has a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI, with a minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees Fahrenheit between the incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point.
