The Bradley Navigator thermostatic mixing valve is engineered for commercial applications, specifically designed to deliver tepid water essential for drench shower and eye wash systems. The valve features a fixed cold water bypass and an anti-scald positive shut-off mechanism to ensure user safety. It is equipped with a powerful liquid-filled thermostat, which comes with a 10-year warranty, guaranteeing a consistent outlet temperature. This valve complies with ANSI Z358.1 standards and operates at a flow rate of 54 GPM at 30 PSI, certified to ASSE 1071. It has a rough brass finish and is available as a piped assembly only, complementing Bradley's range of combination showers and eye wash products. The valve has incoming connections of 1" NPT and an outlet of 1 1/4" NPT, along with a dial thermometer. It supports a maximum operating pressure of 125 PSI and requires a minimum temperature differential of 15 degrees Fahrenheit between the incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point.
