Asi's Matte Black Collection offers a modern, sophisticated aesthetic for washrooms, featuring accessories that are versatile and durable due to their powder-coated finish. Included in the kit is a straight grab bar from the 3800-41 series, which measures 1-1/2" (38 mm) in diameter and is constructed from type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8, with a matte black powder-coated finish. The grab bar includes a concealed mounting flange with a 3-1/8" (79 mm) O.D. diameter, two screw holes, and three locking dimples for secure installation, as well as snap-on flange covers that conceal screws for a clean look. The tubing of the grab bar is 1-1/2" (38 mm) in diameter and 18 gauge (0.048") thick, while the snap-on cover is 22 gauge (0.03") thick with a diameter of 3-3/16" (81 mm). The flange is 1/8" (3 mm) thick and is heliarc welded to the tubing with a continuous concealed bead. The end flanges incorporate two 5/16" diameter (7.5 mm) mounting holes for secure placement, and any center posts will feature two keyhole slots for ease of installation. All exposed surfaces are finished with a satin appearance and are protected during shipping with a plastic bag. For an optional non-slip surface, the suffix P (peened) can be added.
