Asi's Matte Black Collection offers a modern aesthetic for washrooms, featuring a range of durable accessories that include both a cover and concealed mounting features. Each piece showcases a cover that snaps over mounting flange dimples to hide screws, with a concealed mounting flange measuring 3-1/8" (79 mm) in outer diameter and equipped with 2 screw holes and 3 locking dimples. The accessories are constructed from 1/8" (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel. The polished cover is also made of type 304 stainless steel and boasts a matte black powder coated finish, with a thickness of 22 gauge and a diameter of 3-3/16" (81 mm). The collection includes a 1-1/2" diameter (38 mm) 3800-41 series straight grab bar, also featuring a matte black powder coated finish. Specifications for the grab bar indicate it has a snap-on flange cover for concealed mounting, constructed from type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. The tubing measures 1-1/2" diameter (38) x 18 gauge (0.048") (1.2), with a snap-on cover of 22 gauge (0.03") (0.8). The flange is 1/8" (3) thick, heliarc welded to the tubing, and end flanges have two (2) 5/16" diameter (7.5) mounting holes. If applicable, center posts feature (2) keyhole slots for easier installation. All exposed surfaces have a satin finish and are protected during shipment with a plastic bag. For added safety, an optional non-slip surface can be incorporated by adding the suffix P (peened).
