Asi's Matte Black Collection is designed to enhance modern washrooms with a sophisticated touch. This kit includes a concealed mounting flange measuring 3-1/8" (79 mm) O.D. with two screw holes and three locking dimples, made from 1/8" (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel. The cover is crafted from type 304 stainless steel with a matte black powder-coated finish and a 22 gauge, 3-3/16" (81 mm) diameter. It also features a 1-1/2" diameter (38 mm) 3800-41 series straight grab bar, which is also finished in matte black powder coating. The specification for the grab bar includes a 1-1/2" diameter (38 mm) tubing with snap-on flange covers for concealed mounting, made from type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8, with the tubing being 1-1/2" diameter (38 mm) x 18 gauge (0.048") (1.2) and the snap-on cover at 22 gauge (0.03") (0.8). The flange thickness is 1/8" (3 mm), and it is heliarc welded to the tubing with a continuous concealed bead. The end flanges include two 5/16" diameter (7.5 mm) mounting holes, and any center posts feature two keyhole slots for easier installation. All exposed surfaces are finished with a satin treatment and are protected during shipment with a plastic bag. An optional non-slip surface can be added by including suffix P (peened).
