ASI's Matte Black Collection provides a chic alternative for modern washrooms, featuring accessories that are versatile and powder coated for added durability. This collection showcases a sophisticated matte black finish that exudes warmth while concealing screws with a cover that snaps over mounting flange dimples. The concealed mounting flange has a diameter of 3-1/8" (79 mm) with two screw holes and three locking dimples, made from 1/8" (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel. Each cover, also crafted from type 304 stainless steel, boasts a matte black powder coated finish and a diameter of 3-3/16" (81 mm). The 1-1/2" DIA (38 mm) 3800-41 series straight grab bar features a matte black powder coated finish and includes snap-on flange covers for concealed mounting, constructed from type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8. The tubing measures 1-1/2" diameter (38 mm) and has an 18 gauge (0.048") thickness, while the snap-on cover is 22 gauge (0.03"). The flange is 1/8" (3 mm) thick, heliarc welded to the tubing with a continuous concealed bead. End flanges feature two 5/16" diameter (7.5 mm) mounting holes, and any center posts have two keyhole slots to ease installation access. All exposed surfaces are finished with a satin texture and are protected during shipping with a plastic bag. An optional non-slip surface can be obtained by adding the suffix P (peened).
