The Globes GCM Series was designed with laboratory efficiency in mind, providing reliable performance for spinning down microcentrifuge tubes, PCR tubes, or PCR strips. The mini centrifuge operates at a maximum speed of 7,000 RPM (2,680 x g) and features a "close to start - open to stop" functionality for quick deceleration. The kit includes an eight (8) position microcentrifuge tube rotor for 1.5 / 2.0 ml tubes, a PCR tube rotor accommodating 0.2 ml tubes and strips, as well as eight (8) adapters for 0.2 ml tubes and eight (8) adapters for 0.5 ml tubes. Changing rotors is tool-free, allowing for quick and easy interchangeability of the EZ-Swap rotor attachments. Additionally, the centrifuge is available in three lid colors: red, blue, or green, and its small, lightweight, and portable design allows for quiet operation, making it ideal for quick spin-downs and microfiltration in varied laboratory settings.
