The Globes GCM series is specifically designed for laboratory use, providing reliable performance for spinning down microcentrifuge tubes, PCR tubes, and PCR strips. It operates at a speed of 7,000 RPM (2680 x g), facilitating quick acceleration and deceleration through its "close to start - open to stop" functionality. The GCM mini centrifuge includes an eight (8) position rotor for 1.5 / 2.0ml tubes and a PCR tube rotor that accommodates 0.2ml tubes and strips. Additionally, it comes with eight (8) adapters for both 0.2ml and 0.5ml tubes. The EZ-Swap rotor attachments can be interchanged easily without any tools, ensuring convenience when changing rotors. The device is available in three lid colors: red, blue, or green, and is designed to be small, lightweight, and portable, allowing for quiet operation.
