The 3M Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 is NIOSH-approved, providing respiratory protection against certain organic vapors and both oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants. It is designed for use with 3M Secure Click facepieces and features a Secure Click connection style that allows for quick and simple attachment of the cartridges. The dual flow technology enhances breathing ease, with two dual-flow cartridges/filters on each respirator creating four airflow paths in a quad-flow system for improved breathability and comfort. The D80921 is not intended for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting. The cartridges/filters should be replaced according to a documented change-out schedule or sooner if any smell, taste, or irritation from contaminants is experienced. Additionally, if utilized in environments with only oil aerosols, they should be replaced after 40 hours.
