The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 PPM, providing protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, and it complies with today's stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge that is recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which includes a coarse 3D-structured layer that facilitates efficient oil drainage, alongside high-efficiency glass fiber for low-pressure drop and optimal filtration performance. The anodized aluminum housing is coated with powder and treated specially for protection on both the inside and outside. Additionally, the filter has external ribs for better grip during cartridge replacement, a strong stainless-steel core, and double O-rings to ensure a robust seal against leakage. To enhance performance and durability, the liner prevents contact with the filtering media, while the service indicator provides alerts for preventive maintenance. The filter also features a push-in element and drain connection for effortless replacement and enhanced drainage to prevent the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, with a bottom cap designed to increase the drainage rate.
