The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified and is suggested for clean, dry air applications in commercial and industrial settings, meeting stringent quality requirements. It features a replaceable cartridge with a recommended replacement interval of yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier that effectively facilitates oil drainage, and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration performance. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is protected by a special anodized treatment inside and out, while external ribs provide a firm grip for easy cartridge replacement. It also features a strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings that deliver a sturdy seal against leakage. The high performance and durability of the filter are enhanced by a liner that prevents contact with the filtration media, and a service indicator that alerts for preventive maintenance.
